"It wasn't the drivers fault that he was delayed. I gave the flight details when making the booking but it doesnt appear to have been passed onto the driver. I would expect this information to be used to asses when a flight is due to arrive therefore the driver would have been waiting for me. Instead and to avoid high airport parking cost he parked 2 minutes away and awaited my instruction whilst at baggage. Only once I informed him I had cleared baggage did he proceed to airport. It wasn't a meet and greet in the true sense.
I paid for an executive Merc or equivalent, I don't consider a KIA a good equivalent at the extra cost I had paid. I already paid the driver a tip so wont be giving anymore"
